This 100% New 24 VOLT, 50 AMP, 1 wire Alternator. Comes with
a New Self-Exciting Regulator.
This is a Universal Fit Alternator, and will Fit Various Applications.
This unit has 2" Mounting Foot and a 1? Adjusting Ear.
This Alternator is Wired by Hooking One Wire from the
Positive Post on the Battery to the Terminal on the back of the Alternator.
It is Suggested that you use a Minimum of 10-Gauge Cable with this Unit.
Comes with 1-V Pulley for 3/8" 7/16" Belt and Front Adjusting Ear Mounting Bolt.
This Unit is Equipped with Low Turn On Diodes and Starts Charging at Low RPMs, and Excites at 2000 Alternator RPM's.

The truck had some major leaking problems on the box, so whenever it rained you would get a pool of water in the front right corner. John ground down the seem on the outside (that you could actually see sunlight through) and I cleaned and caulked it. The caulk dries clear and it looks fairly clean. After this and taring the roof we don’t seem to have any more water problems.
The belt for the air compressor was giving us a lot of resistance. The pulley does not move like the alternator does. Instead, you have to hold one half of the wheel in place and rotate the other one so that it unscrews. We figure that the belts haven’t been changed in a long time and so the pulley rusted into the current position. We’ve been spraying it with WD-40 in hopes that it will loosen up.
