For sale is a PE 6”x6” 21 plate Black Diamond Dry Cell and a PE Cell Controller Kit. The retail price on this kit is $485.00. We at PE have been experimenting with Hydrogen cells for over 18 months. We have come up with these designs for the best performance. This 21 plate cell has 1103 Square inches of electrolyzing surface for production of hydrogen. It can produce up to 4.25 liters of gas, depending on the amps and type of electrolyte that you use. We do not recommend baking soda or vinegar as an electrolyte because it causes brown scum. We don’t recommend over 30 amps on any single cell, real high amps will cook cells. If you want more Hydrogen just add another cell or purchase one of our 9K, 11K, 16K, 21K, 26K, 31K, 36K or 22 plate Siamese, 26 plate Siamese truck cells. We do offer a 42 plate Siamese cell using 60 amps at special order.
Even though the HHO cells only produce 1 to 4 PSI in making the gas, all of PE cells have been pressure checked with over 50 pounds of air pressure to check for leaks before it is shipped. Can other cell manufactures say their cell will take over 50 PSI of air with no leaks, and prove it by plugging all the inlet holes except one and put an air hose on it with a pressure gauge, showing the pressure? We can back everything we say!!! Oh! by the way clear plastic hose only takes 45 & 55 PSI of air pressure. Check at you local Home Depot and Lowe’s.
We use only the best of everything. No short cuts. Our plates are not sheared, drilled, or hydraulic punch pressed. PE’s bolts go through the plates, and not outside. On lesser priced cells, the bolts outside the plates are cheaper to manufacture. Because the bolts are outside the plates, fewer holes are punched in the plate. This allows for movement when the cell heats up. Vibration will make them move as well. When the plates start moving you can loose electrolyte as well as production of gas. With the bolts through the plates there is a much lesser chance of electrolyte loss because there is no movement of the plates. With the bolts through the plates you can get an even amount torque on the gaskets, not like the bolts outside the plates. Because the plastic end plates will bow, leaving an irregular pressure on the gaskets in different areas of the plate. We have been there and done that, and this will happen no matter who makes the cells.
